I placed my first ever order with the soap works a few days ago. Unfortunately, due to issues with the courier, a majority of them arrived broken. I notified the soap works of this, and they couldn’t do enough to rectify the situation. They went above and beyond in ensuring I was happy with my order, and compensated me for the damaged items (even though it wasn’t their fault)!!! I am beyond pleased with my experience with this store, and I would recommend this store to anyone. I will definitely be coming back and hope to remain a loyal customer.
